Here is the moment of triumph! On stage are the overall winners of the Musclemania Universe Championships in Miami.

As I always tell my clients, keep focused on your training and nutrition and you too can achieve a healthy body. I am really glad that I can demonstrate these positive results and live by example.

Once again, thanks to every one of you who have supported and encouraged me through the long preparation for this contest. You have all been great!
