Project Terrance
I wanted to share with you one of my newest projects..."Project Terrance". He is just 21 years old but over 6 ft tall and underweight (yes, underweight). My mission: to help him gain lean muscle mass. It was a challenge I could not resist.
After only 5 weeks, here's what we've achieved: 14.5 LBS OF MUSCLE!
We started at 160 lbs and after our 16 grueling workout sessions in a one-month period, we went up to 174.5 lbs. AND all while keeping his body fat at 2 percent! Terrance, my man, I'm really proud of the progress you've made. Now for another 20 more pounds ☺!GET REAL RESULTS, GET A.Q. !
